Madeline Diamont

Madeline Diamont, a proud Texan with a passion for the arts, is a rising first-generation legal professional with a focus in intellectual property and entertainment law. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, she gained valuable experience as a legal assistant before relocating to Connecticut to pursue her law degree at Quinnipiac University School of Law with a concentration in intellectual property. Known for her tenacity and collaborative spirit, Madeline is driven by her commitment to protecting the rights of artists and creators, aspiring to empower those shaping the culture of tomorrow through thoughtful legal representation.

Madeline graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in three years with a degree in sociology and a minor in business foundations.  She worked as a legal assistant for an Austin-based firm formerly known as Ruffner Schoenbaum Murphy Banaszak, PLLC, where she gained valuable insights into the operations of a law firm under the guidance of accomplished attorneys.  Eager to begin her journey of becoming an attorney, Madeline then moved to Connecticut and began her legal studies as a full-time student at Quinnipiac University School of Law.  She demonstrated her proactive spirit by earning a spot on the competition team of the Society for Dispute Resolution in her first semester, and competed in negotiation and client counseling competitions. By her second semester, Madeline was already honing her practical skills, working for a Wallingford-based general practitioner.  Just one year later, Madeline began a summer externship with Adwar Ivko, where Stephanie Adwar and Polina Ivko provided exceptional mentorship in the art and entertainment law fields. Upon completing both the summer externship and the subsequent fall externship, Madeline continues to build her expertise at Adwar Ivko as a legal clerk, channeling her passion for intellectual property and entertainment law into her growing legal career.
